Terms & Conditions – Accenture Engineering

1. General

Accenture Engineering (“we,” “our,” “us”) is engaged in the manufacturing, supplying, and exporting of industrial spare parts and engineering products.

These Terms apply to all visitors, clients, and users of our products and services.

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Products & Services

• All products are manufactured as per client specifications and international quality standards.
• Product images and descriptions on our website or brochures are for illustrative purposes; actual products may vary slightly due to customization or manufacturing processes.
• We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any product without prior notice.

3. Orders & Payments

• Orders are accepted only after written confirmation from both parties.
• Prices are subject to change based on raw material costs, customization level, and order quantity.
• Payments must be made as per agreed terms; delayed payments may result in order cancellation or delivery hold.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery timelines will be communicated during order confirmation; however, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (logistics, customs, or natural factors).
• Accenture Engineering is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs clearance.
• Any shipping costs, customs duties, or taxes are to be borne by the client unless otherwise agreed.

5. Quality Assurance & Warranty

• All products undergo rigorous quality testing before dispatch.
• Warranty, if applicable, will be specified at the time of purchase and applies only to manufacturing defects.
• The warranty does not cover damages due to improper handling, incorrect installation, or natural wear and tear.

6. Returns & Replacements

• Customized products are non-returnable unless they are found to be defective due to manufacturing errors.
• Any complaint regarding product defects must be reported within 7 days of delivery with proper documentation and photos.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, including product designs, images, logos, and written materials, is the intellectual property of Accenture Engineering and cannot be used, copied, or reproduced without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

Accenture Engineering is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

Our liability is strictly limited to the replacement or repair of defective products, as per our warranty policy.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat, India.
